Then you travel to de korenmarkt in Arnhem.
Buy some bears and sing some NEC songs with the locals. took the train to Nijmegen.
I will pick you up at the station
Re: NEC-AZ
If you can't afford to buy them, when in arnhem go look in Burgers Zoo and you will find the bears, right next to the tigers. Bring them with you when singing on the Korenmarkt and you'll be fine, make sure to paint them red/green/black and that they are hungry before arrival.gladiator schreef: ↑wo 19 mar 2025, 00:11Most important is to wear some NEC colors.

Solid advice. @dkemahli feel free to reach out privately if you need anything else. Great to see that you're interested in our club!Polleke schreef: ↑wo 19 mar 2025, 01:57Some good advice here. But I would like to give you an alternative. The match is on saturday 21:00 hours. I would advise you to arrive early and first visit the city. If you want the full experience than take the day to explore Nijmegen. Nijmegen is NEC en NEC is Nijmegen. Visit a terrace next to the river, explore the city, go to and eat something in the city. It is a strange mixture of history and modern. Talk to the people, Nijmegen has the best people in the Netherlands. Than take public transport from the central station or a taxi to Nijmegen-Manningstraat (bus number 8) so you arrive early. You than have to walk trough Goffert Park to the stadium. That is an experience that you can not deny yourself. The stadium lies below the park... you will only see the lights until you are close. It is really unique. On the left site you will find places to get a drink. But i would advise you to take a tour around the stadium. The NEC stadium is far from the best stadium in The Netherlands, but is one of the most unique in Europe because of its location. After that... do what you would do....

Though we could go into Arnhem with NEC colors even if it wasn't banter :) We've been to away games where we've been shot at or dudes waiting with swords and doner blades, so I doubt I would be scared of some Vitesse guys :)
Exactly. A lot of bollocks.
Thanks for the great advices. We will be going to Mönchengladbach game beforehand so most likely we will be driving. But we will make sure to arrive as early as possible, see the city a bit and walk through the park. As I understand there are stands that sell beer and a supporters bar around the stadium, so that works out perfectly. And of course we will be buying some scarfs from the shop at the stadium.Polleke schreef: ↑wo 19 mar 2025, 01:57Some good advice here. But I would like to give you an alternative. Eerst de Feyenoorder Ruperti die de goal van Olden Larsen door onze neus boort. Toen van de Kerkhof uit Breukelen tegen Utrecht (die lang aan het zoeken was om de strafschop níet te hoeven geven), en nu weer dit.
